Dear VCSVU'ers,

Christmas is approaching, the cold weather is arriving, and the thick rugs have already been pulled out of the closet. This also means that the VCSVU Christmas dinner is almost approaching. You are most welcome in M0 in the WN building on Thursday, December 7 at 17:00. We'll begin with dinner at 17:30. This year's Christmas meal will also be very special. We'll be serving a four-course meal featuring Italian food and the meal is entirely vegetarian!

The Christmas dinner will cost 13 euros for members and 14 euros for non-members.

By filling out this form you can reserve your ticket for the dinner. Before sunday 3rd of december, you need to visit the board room (WN-P048) to pay for your ticket and convert it into a final registration. Or you can transfer the right amount to NL19 ABNA 0569 2455 91 in name of VCSVU. When you don't do this, your registration will become invalid after the 3rd of december and you cannot attend the dinner. After paying your ticket and getting your final registration, you can not sign out anymore. 

NOTE: There is a maximum number of places of 80! After that there will be a new forms where you will be placed on the waitlist. So make sure to pay on time! After the third of december we will contact the first person on the waitlist, if there should be an open spot. When there are multiple open spots, we will go down the waitlist!

Lieve VCSVU'ers, 

De kerst komt al dichterbij, de koud staat voor de deur en de dikke kleden zijn al uit de kast gehaald. Ook betekent dit dat het VCSVU kerstdiner eraan zit te komen. Op donderdag 7 december vanaf 17:00 zijn jullie van harte welkom in M0 in het WN-gebouw. Om 17:30 zullen we van start gaan met het diner. Dit jaar krijgt het kerstdiner ook een andere draai. Wij gaan namelijk een viergangendiner serveren uit de Italiaanse keuken! Het diner is van zichzelf al vegetarisch!

Het kerstdiner zal 13 euro kosten voor leden en 14 euro voor niet-leden.
Via deze forms kun je je kaartje voor het kerstdiner reserveren. Voor zondag 3 december dien je langs te gaan bij de bestuurskamer (WN-P048) om je kaartje te betalen en zo om te zetten in een definitieve aanmelding. Of je kan het juiste bedrag overmaken naar  NL19 ABNA 0569 2455 91 t.n.v. VCSVU. Doe je dit niet, dan wordt je aanmelding na 3 december ongeldig en zul je niet bij het kerstdiner kunnen zijn. Nadat je betaald hebt en je reservering omgezet is in een definitieve aanmelding, kun je ook niet meer afmelden.

LET OP: er geldt een maximum aantal plekken van 80! Daarna komt er een nieuwe forms waarbij je op de wachtlijst geplaats wordt. Betaal dus echt op tijd! Na 3 december zullen we de eerste persoon van de wachtlijst contacteren, mocht er een open plaats zijn. Bij meerdere vrije plekken zullen we de wachtlijst af gaan!

Trek je allermooiste outfit uit de kast en dan gaan we er samen een onvergetelijk kerstdiner van maken!
