Request drinks by external agents

Since we have a well-trained drinks committee, they are more than willing to organize drinks for VU employees. We think it is very important to maintain the bonds between students and employees and will be happy to tap a delicious beer for you.

All you need to do is send an email to borrels@vcsvu.nl, with the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • At which faculty you are employed
  • Order number / cost center (if applicable)
  • Name of the drinks
  • Date
  • Start and end time
  • Expected number of visitors
  • Location drinks
  • Other wishes (snacks, etc.)
